Rotorua, New Zealand, August 25
Past President Richard Liew was elected Treasurer of the International Council of Pastoral Care and Counseling at its quadrennial meeting this week in Rotorua, New Zealand. At its Council meeting he was nominated by Raymond Lawrence, who was CPSP representative, and elected in the Council by unanimous vote.
